Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (with ensuite bathroom),
Bedroom 2: 2 Singles, 
Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed and 1 King size Single bed which has a base, which is suitable as a bed, 

Lounge: Fold-out couch and King size futon fold-out couch

Linen: Not usually supplied, but can be organised as an extra. Duvets and pillows are supplied. Additional $20 pp

Tariff: $220.00 per night for Taupo peak seasons and $200.00 per night for the rest of the year.  Deposit needed to confirm all bookings.  Admin charge $40.00 for all tenants please.

Each booking has an additional $55 for cleaning fee The cleaner charge covers general household cleaning so please leave everything reasonably clean and tidy ready for the next tenant, thank you. Please let us know about any issues.

Please confirm whether the time you are wanting is in the "peak" period or not.   These are usually school holidays, public holidays and special Taupo event weekends. 

Discount for booking more than 7 nights. ie If you book 7 consecutive nights then the 8th one is free!
